Take on an apprentice (or they can already be working for you) and we will train them up for you as a learning technologist for free!

The training is fully funded at 16-18 year olds, and is part funded for 19+. You would commit to employing them for the duration of the apprenticeship (around 9-12 months) on apprenticeship minimum wages (or higher if you so wish). Your staff get the support they need, at a fraction of the cost of a learning technologist. Furthermore they will be trained by TDM who are specialists in the e-learning sector, and are themselves learning providers with a deep understanding of this sectors needs.
