TDM are pleased to announce the release of the 10 recently created free Moodle/Xerte courses created for the learning sector. The project has been funded by LSIS under the FIF programme.
TDM have just released the 10 free Moodle/Xerte courses that they created for the learning sector in the West Midlands region, thanks to funding support from LSIS under the FIF programme. The courses cover the 10 topics (as identified in a 2008 LSC research project) as being "Business Critical Areas" to the issue of productivity and effectiveness. The courses are available to download from the WBL-Online website.
The 10 courses cover:
- Business Improvment Techniques
- Business Systems / Processes
- Teamworking / Communication
- Customer Service
- Sales & Marketing
- IT User
- New Product Design
- Finance & Credit
- Cash-flow & Profit Management
- Risk Management
TDM worked with subject matter experts on each of the courses to ensure the integrity of the content. They have also delivered a series of training sessions to learning providers from across the region, showing them how to use the courses and also how to upload them into their own Moodles. Feedback was received from the participants and where possible has been incorporated into the finished courses.
