Training Centre Location

The entrance to the training centre can be found at 25, load street, Bewdley (the main high street). The first entrance is between 'Perrigo opticians' and 'Fully Patched' (you wlll see a sign above the door). Walk down the corridor to the end to find the door to the academy.

By Car

From Birmingham and the East

Take the A456 south-west (taking Hagley Road onto the Quinton Express Way). Carry on along the A456 through Hagley, Blakedown and Kidderminster. Pass the Safari Park on the left and at the roundabout take the second exit for Bewdley Town Centre.

From Wolverhampton

  • Take the A449 to Kidderminster.
  • Take the A456 to Bewdley.

From the North

  • Take the M6 South, leave on exit 8 and join the M5.
  • Take the M5 to exit 3 and follow the A456 through Kidderminster to Bewdley.

From the South

  • Take the M5 North, leave on exit 6 and follow the A449 to Kidderminster.
  • Take the A456 to Bewdley.

Where to Park

There are three car parks in Bewdley:

  • Short Stay – Load Street
  • Medium Stay – Dog Lane
  • Long Stay – Gardners Meadow

The nearest railway station is at Kidderminster. For information of services to this station, visit the national rail website. You can change at Kidderminster by getting either:

  • A taxi - there are always a few taxis available at the station or you could book one using a local company.
  • A bus - see bus directions.
  • The Severn Valley Railway

Bus

From Kidderminster

Buses 2, 2A, 125, 291 and 292 to Bewdley Load Street leave from various locations in Kidderminster including the railway station and Exchange Street.

From Stourport

Buses 11 and 12 will bring you to Load Street

From Bridgnorth

Bus 125 will bring you to Load Street (last stop before the River Severn)
